    Only one thing about point #5: how to you approach them ? how do you get them to talk without delivering your angle, your edge ?

    Just wanted to say thanks, i've just started reading your blog posts (via your twitter posts). It's a bit of a double edge sword, some days I read a post and I feel like i'm right on track and other days not so close to the mark!

    each individual decision...10% is at the company level.
